Startical has a Code of Ethics and a direct communications channel with the Ethics Committee to ensure a culture of compliance and to prevent any activity that violate the legality or ethic in the field of our business.
Both, the Management and the Board of Directors have the firm commitment to establish a solid culture of compliance and integrity. The mentioned above culture is based on “do the right thing” and it is applicable to all the Professionals and Partners of Startical (representatives, suppliers and other third parts that provide service to Startical or that, at any rate, act on his name) who are responsible to comply with legislation in force and apply the principles of Startical.
The communications channel with the Ethics Committee (ethicscommittee@startical.com), is a confidential channel to communicate any doubts that may arise in relation to the interpretation or application of the Code of Ethics and to report any illicit behaviors or any irregularities or violations detected in relation to the aforementioned Code and regulations.
